Our verdict on each
Coes
Coes suits shoppers who want audio bought from a long-running British retailer rather than a broad electronics marketplace. It runs on 30 days returns and a price match, and it is worth a look for anyone buying hi-fi rather than a laptop.
RayNeo
RayNeo suits buyers who want wireless display gaming and can stretch to a higher checkout price, with $269 the entry price and 30 days to change your mind after delivery. US, CA and GB sets where direct buying works, while Skullcandy opens at $104.99.

Pros and cons
Coes
Pros
- 30 days to change your mind, which sits high among the stores compared on return days.
- Price match applies, so a cheaper quote elsewhere is worth raising.
- Click and collect is offered, so you can take a speaker away the same day.
Cons
- The range is audio only, while Akkuk.hu covers computers, phones and audio in one place.
- Coverage is limited to GB, JE and GG, so buyers outside the UK and Crown Dependencies look elsewhere.
- The site carries no student discount, while Akkuk.hu pairs a broader range with a price match.
RayNeo
Pros
- Wireless models are part of the range, with play listed across pc, playstation and xbox
- Warranty runs 1 to 2 years, longer at the top end than the 1 across the site
- Returns sit at 30 days, and a trade in programme helps offset the entry price
Cons
- Entry price of $269 sits far above Skullcandy, which starts at $104.99
- Store categories list tv only, so gaming headset stays narrow on gaming headsets compared with HyperX and CORSAIR
- Coverage runs across US, CA and GB only, and a price match is not offered, so deals elsewhere are yours to find

Questions about each
Coes
How long do I have to return something bought from Coes?+
Returns run for 30 days from purchase. That is a long window for audio, and it gives you time to judge a speaker in your own room rather than in a showroom. It also places Coes near the top of the stores ranked on return days.
Will Coes match a lower price from another retailer?+
A price match is offered, so it is worth checking the same product elsewhere before you buy. A lower listed price elsewhere gives you a concrete reason to raise with the store. The match is a policy rather than a fixed saving, so the outcome depends on what you show them.
RayNeo
How much does a RayNeo headset cost at entry?+
RayNeo lists headsets from $269, which sits well above Skullcandy's $104.99. That gap is the main thing to weigh before choosing. Delivery adds nothing once your order clears the free delivery threshold of $0.
How long is the RayNeo warranty?+
Warranty runs 1 to 2 years, so some models are covered for a shorter term than others. The site median is 1, which sits at the lower end of that span. An extended warranty is not offered, so the standard term is the longest you can buy.
