Pros and cons

Pros

  • Condition is graded excellent across the range, so there is no spread of grades to sort through.
  • Support runs on email, phone and help centre, giving a phone line, email and a help centre rather than a single route.
  • Sales reach US, GB and CA, so buyers far from the US home market are still covered.
  • The range is new phones only, so a buyer who wants a new device is not pushed toward a refurbished mix like Mozillion's new phones, refurbished phones and foldables.

Cons

  • A return window of 14 days ranks 31 of 42, shorter than most phone sellers in the comparison.
  • Entry price of $999 is well above Nothing's £249, so it costs more to start.
  • The range is new phones only, so there is no refurbished or foldable option as Mozillion offers with new phones, refurbished phones and foldables.
  • On price from it sits at 29 of 29, near the back of the field.

Who it suits

  • Buyers who want a new handset in excellent condition and can live with a 14 day return window.
  • Shoppers across US, GB and CA who want phone and email help, since support runs on email, phone and help centre.
  • Anyone who prefers a focused new phone range to the mixed inventory at Mozillion, which lists new phones, refurbished phones and foldables.

Who should look elsewhere

  • Buyers on the tightest budget: Nothing lists from £249, far below the $999 entry point here.
  • Anyone after refurbished or foldable handsets: Mozillion covers new phones, refurbished phones and foldables.
  • Buyers who need a rugged handset: Oukitel lists new phones and rugged phones.

How it compares on our data

On our data AntEyeCam ranks 29 of 29 brands on price from, so entry cost sits toward the back of the field rather than the front. On return days it ranks 31 of 42, which puts the return window in the same lower band. Readers who weigh what a phone costs up front and what happens if they want to send it back should read the two ranks together. A low price with a short return window is a different proposition from a mid range price with room to change your mind, and here both figures point the same way.

The company behind it

The store trades as AnteyecamLLC, a company founded in 2018 and headquartered in the US. Support runs on email, phone and help centre, and that mix is the part worth noting: email and a help centre handle written questions, while phone support gives a route for anything urgent once a handset is in the hand. The registration is also the entity a buyer claims against, so a faulty phone is handled by the company that sold it rather than by the name on the box. The founding year says how long the business has been trading, which matters most when something goes wrong and the claim has to go to the same seller.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a phone cost from AntEyeCam?+

Phones start at $999. That is the entry price for the whole range, and new phones is all the store lists, so there is a single starting figure to budget from rather than a spread of tiers. Compare it with Nothing at £249 if the lowest possible outlay matters most.

Are the handsets new or refurbished?+

The store lists new phones, so the phones are new rather than a mix of new and refurbished. Condition is graded excellent, a single grade across the range. Mozillion, by contrast, carries new phones, refurbished phones and foldables, so a cheaper refurbished route is available there instead.

How long do I have to return a phone?+

Returns run for 14 days. That window places the store at 31 of 42 brands in the comparison, so it is shorter than what many phone sellers allow. Anyone who thinks they may need longer to decide should weigh that before ordering.

Which countries do they ship to?+

Sales cover US, GB and CA. The store is based in the US, so the list spans well beyond its home market, which helps buyers outside North America compare delivery options and local paperwork before ordering.

How do I get help after buying?+

Support runs on email, phone and help centre. Email and a help centre take written questions, and phone support gives a direct line for anything urgent after a handset arrives. No live chat or community forum is listed, so buyers who prefer messaging a rep should plan around the channels shown.

Which operating systems do the phones run?+

The handsets cover iOS and Android. Android is the main draw for anyone moving between Android phones, and iOS support means Apple users are not shut out. Buyers coming from another ecosystem should confirm the exact model and version before ordering.

Who runs the store and where is it based?+

The legal entity is AnteyecamLLC, a company founded in 2018 and headquartered in the US. Knowing the trading name matters when a phone arrives faulty, since the return and any warranty claim run through that company. Checking the entity before paying keeps the paper trail in one place.

Is there a subscription or renewal price to plan for?+

No. Handsets here are sold outright, with the entry point at $999 for new phones, so nothing is billed again later. There is no monthly plan that steps up at renewal, which keeps the comparison simple: weigh what you pay at checkout against the return window, and nothing else renews.
