Pros and cons
Pros
- Eight store categories in one place, computers, phones and audio, covering computers, phones, audio, tv, gaming, cameras, appliances and refurbished goods.
- Gaming headsets start at PKR 1,400 with up to 60 hours of battery, and they are wireless, so the entry price sits low against the range on offer.
- Laptop and tablet listings run across Windows, macOS and chromeos, so Windows, macOS, chromeos, Android and ipados buyers all find shelves rather than a single line.
- Pre-owned phones come with a battery health floor of 80%, which makes condition easier to judge before checkout.
- Support runs on email, phone and help centre, so email, phone and a help centre are all open, and shipping carries no minimum spend at PKR 0.
Cons
- Returns are limited to 7 days, which is tight for buyers comparing a laptop against a desktop.
- Warranty on new goods is listed as 0.02 years, so cover on top of the manufacturer term is minimal.
- The store serves PK only, so buyers outside Pakistan have no listed market to order from.
- Where a refurbished phone is the choice, the warranty is just 1 month, shorter than the 1 month that buyers get on the wider handset range.
Ready to try Telemart?
Who it suits
- Shoppers in Pakistan who want computers, phones, audio and gaming gear in a single order rather than separate sellers.
- Gaming buyers comparing headsets and controllers, since listings start at PKR 1,400 and cover pc, playstation and switch.
- Refurbished phone buyers who check battery condition first, given the 80% floor.
Who should look elsewhere
- Anyone who needs a long returns window, because the 7 days window closes quickly.
- Buyers outside PK, since the catalogue is listed for a single market.
- Audio specialists looking for a specialist catalogue, since JBL carries a narrower audio, gaming and refurbished range built around sound.
Who runs it
Telemart trades as Telemart Pvt Limited, listed as the legal entity behind the store. The operation sits in Pakistan, and the catalogue is aimed at that single market rather than a wider region. Buyers who want to know who is behind an order and where the business is registered can find both on the store's own pages. Support is handled through email, phone and help centre, which covers email, phone and a help centre, so questions can go to a person or be raised in written form. The company runs under the legal name Telemart Pvt Limited, and its head office is in Pakistan. Reach it through email, phone and help centre, giving email, phone and a help centre as the routes in.

Frequently asked questions
How long do I have to return something bought from Telemart?+
Returns run to 7 days. That is the window set out on the store's return policy, and it applies to what you buy rather than to a membership tier. Anyone weighing a large purchase should factor the short clock into the decision.
Is there a minimum spend for delivery?+
No minimum spend applies, so the free delivery threshold is PKR 0. Small orders ship on the same terms as large ones, and the threshold is listed on the shipping information page.
Which departments does the store cover?+
The catalogue spans computers, phones and audio, which includes computers, phones, audio, tv, gaming, cameras, appliances and refurbished goods. That breadth is what makes it a one-stop option for a household buying several kinds of device.
What warranty comes with a phone bought new?+
Warranty on new goods is listed as 0.02 years, which is a short term on paper. Buyers who want longer cover should read the policy carefully, since the figure is well below the term most manufacturers offer themselves.
What about the warranty on a pre-owned phone?+
Pre-owned phones carry a warranty of 1 month. Battery health is the other thing to check, and the listings hold pre-owned stock to a floor of 80%.
Do you sell laptops for every major operating system?+
Laptop and tablet listings cover Windows, macOS and chromeos, so Windows, macOS, chromeos, Android and ipados machines are all present. Chromebooks sit in the range too, which suits buyers after a lighter machine for browsing and study.
Which platforms do the gaming headsets and controllers cover?+
Gaming listings run across pc, playstation and switch, covering pc, playstation, switch and mobile. Entry pricing on headsets starts at PKR 1,400, and battery life on those sets runs to 60 hours. They are wireless as standard.
How do I reach Telemart if something goes wrong?+
Support runs on email, phone and help centre: email, phone and a help centre. That gives both a written route for detail and a spoken one for anything urgent, which matters more given the 7 days returns window.
