Our verdict
Birmarket suits buyers in Azerbaijan who want new phones sold next to computers, audio, tv, gaming, cameras and appliances in the same place. Phones start at AZN 54.90, delivery is free above AZN 50, and a return window of 14 days makes the entry end low risk.

Pros and cons
Pros
- Entry pricing is the headline: phones start at AZN 54.90, which sits below the £249 that Nothing lists for its own handset bought from the maker.
- Store categories cover computers, phones and audio, so a single seller handles phones, computers, audio, tv, gaming, cameras and appliances, which helps on a large basket.
- Delivery is free once an order reaches AZN 50, and click and collect is available, so buyers who would rather not wait for a courier have a second route.
- Support runs on phone, chat and help centre, so a question can go to a phone line, a chat window or the help centre, and a return window of 14 days gives room to change your mind.
- The laptop side is stocked as well, with the highest memory figure at 32 GB and listed graphics chip brands of nvidia, intel and apple.
Cons
- The phone range is new phones only, so refurbished handsles and foldables, which Mozillion covers through new phones, refurbished phones and foldables, are not on the shelf here.
- The market list is AZ, a single market, so anyone buying from outside it has no route through this store.
- Support runs on phone, chat and help centre only, and email is not among the listed channels.
- Build to order is listed as no, so a laptop arrives with the specifications the maker chose, while 56.8% of the sites tracked do build to order.
Who it suits
- Buyers in Azerbaijan shopping on a budget, since phones start at AZN 54.90 and delivery is free above AZN 50.
- Shoppers who want the same seller for phones and their other tech, given store categories of computers, phones and audio.
- People who would rather collect in person, since click and collect is available and the return window is 14 days.
Who should look elsewhere
- Anyone after a refurbished or foldable phone: Mozillion lists new phones, refurbished phones and foldables.
- Buyers who need a handset for rough work: Oukitel lists new phones and rugged phones.
- Shoppers who prefer buying straight from the maker: Nothing lists its own handset at £249.
Who runs it
Birmarket is headquartered in Azerbaijan, so the company is built around its home market. Support is the part a buyer meets first, and the listed channels are phone, chat and help centre: a phone line, a chat window and a help centre you can read yourself. Email is not in that list, so a question that needs a written trail has to go through those channels instead. For a business selling this much hardware, having a phone line and a help centre open at the same time is a practical choice, because most problems with a new device are easier to fix while you can still send a photo. The same channels cover delivery, click and collect and cancellations, which keeps the number of people you need to reach down.

Frequently asked questions
What does a phone cost at Birmarket?+
The phone range starts at AZN 54.90, and that is the entry price for new handsets only, because the product types listed are new phones. Operating systems covered are iOS and Android. There is no refurbished tier here, so the cheap end of the shelf is the cheapest new phone the store carries.
What is the return window?+
The stated return window is 14 days, and it is the number to hold on to if a handset arrives with a problem. Support is listed as phone, chat and help centre, so a return question can go straight to a phone call or a chat rather than sitting in an inbox.
How do I reach support?+
The channels listed are phone, chat and help centre, which covers a phone line, a chat window and a help centre. Email is not among them, so anyone who prefers written replies to a stranger should plan to call or chat instead. Click and collect questions go through the same set of channels.
Does Birmarket sell outside Azarbaijan?+
The market list is AZ, a single market, and the headquarters are in Azerbaijan. Budget for delivery inside that market, because the store is set up for shoppers there rather than for cross border orders. If you are buying from another country, a seller in your own market will be the simpler option.
Is delivery free?+
Delivery comes free once an order reaches AZN 50. On the cheap end of the phone range, where prices start at AZN 54.90, a flat delivery fee can eat a good share of what you saved, so basket size matters here. Click and collect is available, which is the way around the fee if you are near a collection point.
Can I buy a laptop or a TV from the same place?+
The store categories are computers, phones and audio, so phones sit next to computers, audio, tv, gaming, cameras and appliances. On the laptop side, the highest memory figure is 32 GB and the listed graphics chip brands are nvidia, intel and apple. Build to order is not offered, so specifications arrive as the maker ships them.
Are refurbished or rugged phones sold?+
Not here. The product types are new phones, so the phone range is new handsets. For a refurbished or foldable option, Mozillion lists new phones, refurbished phones and foldables. For a handset built for rough work, Oukitel lists new phones and rugged phones. Both cover ground that Birmarket's range does not.
How does the entry price compare with buying from Nothing?+
Birmarket's phones start at AZN 54.90, while Nothing lists its own handset at £249 when bought direct from the maker. The figures sit in different currencies, so read them as a shape rather than a straight swap: the first is a multi brand store's cheapest new phone, the second a single model's own price.
