  • Product types list new phones and rugged phones, pairing everyday handsets with rugged ones.

Cons

  • Entry price of €149.95 sits above Oukitel at $107.99, so it is not the cheapest way in.
  • Warranty of 12 months places Blackview mid-table on cover length, at 12 of 33.
  • Multiroom is a no, so the audio range does not cover whole-home linking.
  • Codec support runs to aac only, narrower than most rivals in the audio category.

How it compares on our data

On entry price, Blackview sits 20 of 29 brands tracked, so the starting ticket is not the lowest in the group. Returns tell the opposite story, with 30 days placing the brand at 2 of 42, right near the top of the field. Warranty length is more ordinary, and 12 months leaves Blackview at 12 of 33. The pattern is a brand that leads on flexibility after purchase and sits mid-table on cover length.

Core features

Warranty runs 12 months on the products sold here, and returns run 30 days from the refund policy. That pairing answers the main questions buyers weigh after checkout: what happens if a device develops a fault, and how long you have to send it back if the model is not right for you. The return window is the longer of the pair, which matters most when a purchase turns out to be a mistake rather than a failure.

The company behind it

The company is headquartered in Hong Kong, which is where warranty and refund terms are set. Support runs on email, phone and chat, so email, phone, live chat, the help centre and the community are all open routes to a reply. That spread of channels matters most when a return or a fault claim has to be raised, since it leaves more than one way to reach a person.

How Blackview compares

Frequently asked questions

What does a Blackview phone cost at the entry price?+

Phones start at €149.95. That is the lowest figure across the smartphone range, and it sits above Oukitel at $107.99. Buyers shopping purely on the entry ticket will find cheaper options elsewhere, while those weighing the full range have more to pick from here.

How long do I have to return a Blackview handset?+

Returns run 30 days from the refund policy, which places Blackview at 2 of 42 brands tracked. That is among the longer windows in the group, and it gives room to change your mind after a handset arrives rather than rushing a decision on the day of delivery.

What warranty comes with Blackview products?+

The warranty runs 12 months, or 1 year where the longer cover applies. That leaves Blackview at 12 of 33 brands on length, so the return window is the stronger of those protections for most buyers.

Which countries does Blackview sell to?+

The store serves DE, FR and IT, so those are the markets its terms are set up for. The company sits in Hong Kong, and delivery outside the listed markets may not follow the same returns and warranty handling, which is worth checking before ordering from further afield.

What operating systems do Blackview devices run?+

The phone range runs Android. That is the only platform listed for the smartphones here, so buyers moving from another system should check app availability for the apps they rely on before settling on a model.

Does delivery cost anything at Blackview?+

There is no minimum spend, because the free delivery threshold is €0. Combined with 30 days returns and a 12 months warranty, the running cost of a purchase stays low once an order is placed, with nothing extra added at checkout.

How can I reach Blackview support?+

Support runs on email, phone and chat. You can pick email, phone, live chat, the help centre or the community depending on how urgent the question is, and use the refund policy route for anything tied to a return or a warranty claim.

What else does the Blackview store sell besides phones?+

The store covers computers, phones and audio, so audio, gaming, computers and refurbished lines sit alongside the new and rugged phones in new phones and rugged phones. Audio adds noise cancelling with 30 hours of stated battery life, though multiroom linking is not offered.
