Pros and cons

Pros

  • Price from $59.29 puts AGM Mobile at 4 of 29 brands on entry price.
  • Handsets are sold unlocked and run Android, so there is no carrier lock to work around.
  • Cover is included: a 12 months warranty on phones and 1 year on audio and accessories.
  • The audio line adds noise cancelling earbuds with 30 battery hours and IPX7 water resistance.
  • One store covers phones, computers and audio, with free delivery at a $0 threshold.

Cons

  • Returns run 15 days, placing AGM Mobile at 28 of 42 brands on the return window.
  • Support runs on email, help centre and community, and a voice line is not among those channels.
  • A 12 months warranty ranks 12 of 33, so cover sits in the middle of the field rather than above it.
  • The accessories line does not include Gan charging, which matters for anyone packing light.

Who it suits

  • People who need a handset for rough outdoor sites and want an unlocked phone on Android.
  • Shoppers on a tight budget who are content to start at $59.29.
  • Anyone ordering phones and earbuds together, since the store carries phones, computers and audio.

Who should look elsewhere

  • Buyers who want foldables or refurbished handsets: Mozillion lists new phones, refurbished phones and foldables.
  • Readers after a mainstream handset range instead of rugged and feature models: Nothing lists new phones.
  • Shoppers aiming above the entry tier: Oukitel prices from $107.99.

How it compares on our data

Entry price is the strongest measure here. AGM Mobile ranks 4 of 29 brands on price from, which puts the store near the front of the cheap end of the phones table. Warranty length sits in the middle at 12 of 33, so the cover here is standard rather than generous. Returns trail at 28 of 42, making the return window the weakest of the three measures compared. The pattern is a low entry price backed by ordinary cover, with a short return clock as the price of that bargain.

Core features

Every handset carries a 12 months warranty written into the terms of sale, so cover comes as standard rather than as a paid extra. Returns run 15 days, which is tight for a device that needs unboxing, setting up and a few days of real use before a fault shows itself. Phones are sold unlocked, so a handset can be put on a different network without asking a carrier for a code. For someone buying a rugged or feature phone as a work or backup device, that flexibility matters more than a longer return window.

The company behind it

The company behind the store is AGM MOBILE LIMITED, headquartered in Hong Kong, and it has traded since 2008. Support runs on email, help centre and community, so questions arrive by email, through the help centre or in the community rather than down a voice line. A named legal entity means the warranty and the returns sit with the same company that takes the order, which is what buyers checking who stands behind a device usually want to see.

Frequently asked questions

How much do phones cost at AGM Mobile?+

Phones start at $59.29, which places AGM Mobile at 4 of 29 brands on price from. The range covers new phones and rugged phones, so a buyer can move from a basic feature phone up to a rugged handset. Delivery is free, with a $0 threshold, which keeps the landed cost close to the shelf figure.

Are the handsets sold unlocked?+

Yes. Phones are sold unlocked, and they run Android. That means a handset can be moved between networks without a carrier unlock code, which suits anyone changing network, keeping a second SIM arrangement or travelling between markets with the same device.

How long is the warranty?+

Handsets come with a 12 months warranty in the terms of sale, and the guarantee service page sets a 1 year term for audio and accessories. On warranty length AGM Mobile ranks 12 of 33 brands, so this is standard cover rather than a standout one.

How long do I have to return a phone?+

Returns run 15 days, which puts AGM Mobile at 28 of 42 brands on that measure. It is the shortest of the three measures compared here, so anyone who needs time to test a rugged handset on the job should factor that window in before ordering.

Where does AGM Mobile ship to?+

The shipping guide lists US, with free delivery at a $0 threshold. The store is run by AGM MOBILE LIMITED in Hong Kong, so a buyer sitting outside that market is placing a cross border order, and the 15 day window starts before any habit of returning goods locally has been established.

Does AGM Mobile sell anything besides phones?+

The store covers phones, computers and audio, so a handset and its earbuds can ride the same order. The audio side includes noise cancelling earbuds with 30 battery hours and IPX7 water resistance, which is a wider catalogue than a handset only shop would offer.

How do I get help if something goes wrong?+

Support runs on email, help centre and community, so email, the help centre and the community are the routes in. A voice line is not among those channels, so buyers who would rather talk to someone should weigh that before ordering a device that may need setup help out of the box.

Who is behind the store?+

The legal entity is AGM MOBILE LIMITED, headquartered in Hong Kong, and trading since 2008. The same company is the seller of record for the phones, audio and accessories, so the 12 months warranty and the 15 day returns are handled by the body that took the order.
