Pros and cons
Pros
- A return window of 100 days, which ranks 1 of 80 on the returns comparison.
- Entry prices start at €12.09, below the group lower quartile of €32.50.
- Power gear spans charger, power bank and cable with GaN available and output reaching 1,000 W.
- Ranges cover computers, phones and audio, a wider basket than JBL's audio, gaming and refurbished.
- Help is offered through email, chat and help centre, including a self-serve help centre.
Cons
- Support runs on email, chat and help centre, so answers arrive by email, by chat or through the self-serve help centre, which suits buyers who keep a written record of a claim.
- Phone cover is set at 12 months, where the longest phone warranty in the group reaches 30.
- Cameras top out at 1080p, while 50% of the group lists cameras above that mark.
- Monitors come on ips alone, while oled appears at 63.2% and mini-led at 21.1% across the stores compared.
Who it suits
- Shoppers who want room to change their mind, with 100 days to send an order back.
- Anyone assembling small power accessories, where prices start at €12.09 and GaN output reaches 1,000 W.
- Buyers comfortable with written support, since help runs on email, chat and help centre.
Who should look elsewhere
- Shoppers who want appliances in the same basket, since Akkuk.hu and Banggood both carry them while Grandado's ranges cover computers, phones and audio.
- Monitor buyers chasing oled or mini-led panels, since Grandado's displays are ips while JBL concentrates on audio, gaming and refurbished.
- Anyone who needs a voice line on a general electronics order, since Grandado's help runs on email, chat and help centre.
The company behind it
Grandado is operated by Mediapress Ltd., a company registered in Hong Kong, which puts the counterparty outside the buyer's home market. That makes the terms, the warranty handling and the return shipping worth reading closely before an order goes in. Support is written and self-serve, running on email, chat and help centre, with chat the only live route alongside email and a help centre, so answers arrive in a form that can be quoted later in a claim. For a store covering computers, phones and audio at a single low entry point, that written, self-serve setup is the practical trade-off to weigh.
How Grandado compares
Banggood covers computers, phones and audio, trading cameras for appliances, so it leans towards parts and building rather than imaging.

Frequently asked questions
How long do I have to change my mind about an order?+
Grandado allows 100 days to send an order back, a window that places the store at 1 of 80 on the returns comparison. That sits at the generous end of the stores tracked here, which matters most for larger screens and cameras that are hard to judge from spec sheets alone.
What does the cheaper end of the catalogue cost?+
Prices start at €12.09 across the range, which sits below the group lower quartile of €32.50. Cables, power banks and desk chargers occupy that low end, while the same store also carries monitors, cameras and gaming gear, so the entry price says little about the rest of the basket.
What kinds of chargers and power banks are on offer?+
The power section covers charger, power bank and cable, and GaN charging is available, so compact bricks are in the mix. Output reaches 1,000 W at the top of that range, which suits buyers charging a laptop or a phone that draws power while it charges.
What warranty comes with the products?+
Standard cover is 1 year on longer-term gear such as monitors and keyboards, and 12 months on phones. Phones in the feature range are unlocked and mice in the laptop range are wireless, so carrier locks and cables are not obstacles in those categories.
Which categories does Grandado actually stock?+
Ranges cover computers, phones and audio. For comparison, Akkuk.hu runs computers, phones and audio and adds appliances, Banggood covers computers, phones and audio and puts appliances ahead of cameras, and JBL is narrower still at audio, gaming and refurbished. Buyers wanting one basket for the whole household have the widest spread here.
How do I get help if something goes wrong?+
Help runs on email, chat and help centre, so questions go by email, by chat or through the self-serve help centre. Written channels suit buyers who keep a record of a claim, though anyone who prefers voice support has fewer routes here and leans on the help centre and email.
Where is the company behind the store based?+
Grandado is operated by Mediapress Ltd., registered in Hong Kong, which places the operator outside the buyer's home market. Reading the terms and the returns pages before ordering, and keeping the order record, is worthwhile given that the counterparty is a cross-border merchant.
What video quality do the cameras reach?+
Cameras in the action range top out at 1080p, a step below the higher resolutions listed elsewhere in the group. Buyers filming above 1080p have a limited shelf to choose from here, so check that ceiling against the footage you actually want before ordering.
