What is Stabilisation?
In short
In-body or gimbal shake control on the flagship, which all of the camera and drone brands here include.
Stabilisation is the in-body or gimbal system that counters shake and keeps a frame steady, either inside the camera or on a stabilising head. It decides whether handheld footage and stills come out sharp or smeared, and it is usually the most valuable spec on a compact or a moving camera. All the brands here carry it on the flagship: AKASO, campark, DJI, Fujifilm and GoPro each say yes. The trade-off is power draw and bulk, so on a locked-off tripod or a slow static scene the feature buys you very little.
