Our verdict

Pitaka suits phone-first buyers who want a compact charger, power bank or wireless charger with a long returns window, rather than tool-kit shoppers or cable buyers. Entry pricing of $69.99 sits mid-table in this group, while a warranty of 1 year trails the 2 median.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Returns run for 30 days, which takes the risk out of buying portable power sight unseen.
  • Power bank capacity goes as high as 10,000 mAh, so one unit covers a long stretch away from a socket.
  • Free delivery starts over $30, so a combined order avoids the shipping charge.
  • The catalogue covers charger, power bank and wireless charger, covering wall, portable and desk charging under one seller.
  • A help centre is one of email, help centre and community, and 93.4% of this category offer one.

Cons

  • A warranty of 1 year sits under the 2 median for chargers and power banks in this group.
  • Support runs on email, help centre and community only, while 47.5% of this category list phone support.
  • An entry price of $69.99 ranks 48 of 56, so it is not the low end of the field.
  • Cables are absent from charger, power bank and wireless charger, where INIU lists charger, power bank and cable and Akkuk.hu lists charger, power bank and cable.

Who it suits

  • iPhone and Android owners after INIU who want the same charger, power bank and wireless charger mix from a seller with a 30 day returns window.
  • Buyers needing desk and travel power rather than site kit, where Akkuk.hu lists charger, power bank and cable and DeWalt's range is charger.
  • Shoppers in the markets covered by US, CA and CN who order over $30 to skip the shipping charge.

Who should look elsewhere

  • Buyers who want leads in the box: INIU lists charger, power bank and cable and Akkuk.hu lists charger, power bank and cable.
  • Tool-kit shoppers who want workshop charging, the job DeWalt's charger range covers.
  • Anyone after long cover, since 1 year of warranty sits under the 2 group median.

Core features

Portable power is the centre of this catalogue, and capacity is the number to read first. Power banks go as high as 10,000 mAh, which is several phone charges held in one unit and the reason the range appeals to anyone who spends time away from a socket. Coverage tells the other half of the story: 1 year of warranty. For gear that lives in a bag and gets knocked about, a short term is worth weighing against the seller sitting next to it on the list. Large cells answer the phone problem well, and the warranty is the part buyers raise later.

How it compares on our data

On price from, Pitaka sits at 48 of 56 brands, so the store is neither the cheapest nor the priciest way in. A middle-of-field entry price means the real decision happens at product level rather than on a store-wide bargain. Warranty years tell a different story: 25 of 45 brands put out longer cover, which places the warranty line in the upper half of the group. Read together, the two rankings say the store is priced like the middle of the field and covered better than most of it. Shoppers weighing price alone will find a fair deal here, while shoppers who read warranty length closely should check the term itself before the rank reassures them.

The company behind it

Behind the storefront sits What's To Carry Today Co.,Limited, registered in China and trading since 2015. A named legal entity and a home country are the first two things to check on any electronics seller, and both are stated here. Support runs on email, help centre and community, which puts email, a help centre and a community board within reach without a phone line. The help centre is the practical route for a fault on a power bank, where a replacement or a refund is the usual outcome. Buyers who prefer to settle a problem by talking to someone are served better elsewhere.

How PITAKA compares

Frequently asked questions

What does the cheapest Pitaka product cost?+

Entry pricing starts at $69.99 for the cheapest listed product. Items are bought individually rather than through a plan, so the starting price is the figure to compare with other sellers. Capacity across the power bank range goes as high as 10,000 mAh, which sits well above a single phone charge.

How long are the warranty and the returns window?+

Warranty cover runs for 1 year, and the refund window is 30 days. These are separate: returns cover a change of mind inside the window, while the warranty covers faults over the term. Anyone keeping gear past the warranty term should weigh that before buying.

What kinds of charging gear does Pitaka sell?+

The catalogue covers charger, power bank and wireless charger. One seller can cover wall charging, portable power and desk charging, with wireless chargers alongside the rest. Cables are not on that list, so leads come from elsewhere, which is the clearest difference from INIU's range.

Is delivery free?+

Free delivery applies once an order passes $30. Below that line the shipping charge is added at checkout, which matters most for a single small item. The same threshold covers orders placed in the markets listed under US, CA and CN.

Which countries does the store ship to?+

The shipping policy covers US, CA and CN, spanning North America, much of Europe, Asia and parts of Latin America. Buyers outside the home region should confirm their destination is on the list before ordering, since the store operates from CN.

How do I get help with an order?+

Support runs on email, help centre and community. Email suits a question about a specific order, the help centre handles the usual warranty and refund cases, and the community board is for shared advice. No phone line appears in that list, so a fault gets dealt with in writing.

Who is this store good for?+

The store fits phone and tablet owners replacing a charger or carrying spare power, and a 30 day returns window keeps an uncertain purchase low risk. It also suits buyers who can live with 1 year of cover. Workshop buyers and cable shoppers are served better elsewhere.

How does the price and warranty rank against other brands?+

On price from, Pitaka ranks 48 of 56 brands, so it sits in the middle of the field rather than at either end. On warranty years it ranks 25 of 45. Budget shoppers should look further down the price list, and buyers after long cover should look elsewhere.
